Why do certain sizes and popular colors seem to be missing from some of your product choices?
There is currently a longshoreman’s strike taking place on the west coast and it’s affecting our ability to procure inventories. Our suppliers are working on other methods of delivery, so we’re hoping that this problem is short lived.
Will a children’s size 3 fit a 3 year old?
Not necessarily, as 3 year old children come in a variety of sizes. Unfortunately, manufacturers have labeled all of the children’s sizes in “age” related sizes, but your child’s size may vary. Please see any of our product description pages for details on selecting the right size for your child.
What brand of garments do you use?
All of our apparel is high quality, with most of our adult size garments being made by Gildan. The 3/4 sleeve Jersey is a SanMar product. Children’s garments are all Rabbit Skins brand apparel.
Do you have any environmentally friendly products?
We offer a unisex 100% organic cotton T which you will find under Men and Women’s Original and ESTABLISHED design choices.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will go into production as early as the next day. Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days and shipping can take anywhere between 1 and 6 days depending on your location from our production facility.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in that correspondence and you will be able to check your order’s path.
Can you rush my order?
Due to the custom nature of our product line, our production schedule can’t accommodate rush orders.
Are the colors on my screen the actual shirt colors?
Probably not exactly. Your monitor may display a slightly different color due to it’s settings and the light around it.
Why isn’t my web browser displaying your webpages correctly?
Our website supports the most current versions of all browsers. You may have to update your browser accordingly.
Why doesn’t your website look right on my cell phone?
Our current version does not accommodate cell phone use. Mobile revisions are currently in process. Please use an alternate device to shop for our products.
